How can I register in order to be a VIP member?
Read
through the service agreements, then go to our online paying
system to pay the fixed VIP membership fee. Drop down you
transaction and subscription ID number during the registration
in ibill, and send your desire user name and password, with
the transaction and subscription ID number. You will be
notified within 24 hours to have VIP access.

Is it safe for us to pay online by credit card?
Ibill,
our authorized sales agent, offers a 100% security paying
system. Please feel comfortable to use your credit card. IBILL.com
will be appeared on your credit card bill as payee company.

Why does it appear ˇ§Bank Declinedˇ¨ when I use my credit card.
It's
probably because Ibill refused it. Try using another credit
cards that belong to you.

Can I fill in fake information or just leave it?
Absolutely
NOT. You must fill in all information correctly and keep all
information securely. You must make sure you have entered
the correct Email address so that we could confirm your ID
when receiving the Email. All fraudulent transactions will
be investigated and prosecuted in accordance with applicable
law by ibill.
